The MRASF Scholarship payment will be distributed after receipt of a certificate showing successful completion of their program or at the end of the first year of post-secondary education upon receipt of the following required documents. All documents must be submitted to the high school office in order for a payment to be initiated.
Required Documents:
Completed MRASF Scholarship Payout Form
Official school end-of-year transcript indicating classes taken during the first year of their program and cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher or a certificate showing successful completion of their program.
The reimbursement request shall be submitted to the McBain High School Office by September 1st of the year following graduation.
If all of the above requirements are not met, including the due date requirement, payment of the scholarship will not generally be made. Only in extreme cases, such as death in the family or serious medical hardships, will exceptions be considered. Exceptions must be evaluated and approved by a majority of the MRASF Executive Committee members if deemed appropriate before any payout will be made.
